This year, I’ve cut down on ventures to focus on Main Squeeze (compression socks) and Hello World (software). I’m also restricting my consulting practice to design and strategy gigs as I prepare to get back into a full-time job.
By the end of the year, Main Squeeze is looking to sell out our first inventory of socks, while Hello World is looking to discover an AI use case people will pay for. These milestones will help validate the hypothesis that we can build sustainable global businesses with small distributed teams.
Our practice this year is about sales: branding, customer acquisition, conversion optimisation, knowledge management, automation and more.
